Saturday, some friends and I had an Italian lunch at Trattoria Lisina in Driftwood (just past Salt Lick), and a wine tasting next door at the Mandola Winery. Beautiful setting, good company, good food and Texas wine--doesn't get any better than that.

My aunt and I did some wine tasting up here in WA, but none of the wines we sampled were very good. I miss my Texas wines!
It sounds great. I looked over the menu and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
