We went for a nice ride on the back roads through Liberty Hill, Bertram, Lake Victor, and Lampasas to eat breakfast with my parents at the Yumm Factory this morning.

Memorial Day weekend was a long, fun one spent at the lake! We rode out the rain and eventually the sun came out!

Collarbone Update

Steven had a checkup at the Orthopedic surgeon today. They took X-Rays and everything looked good. He can resume his regular activities (which he had pretty much done anyway, but now it's official). He's healed!

Tongue Tamers

My orthodontic treatment has taken a weird twist. In order to prevent tongue thrusting or resting the tongue on the backs of my upper teeth (which pushes the teeth forward) i had these things installed on Wednesday. They're glued on like brackets, but have sharp dagger points to punish the tongue when it's in the wrong position.
