What a Thunderstorm!

Yesterday during rush hour the Hill Country took a beating. Hail like i've never seen; it looked like big piles of snow in the backyard! Luckily i got home and got the car in the garage just in time.

...i won another radio contest today! $50 to Neiman Marcus, $25 to the Main Event, and front row tix to a fashion show. Yea, shopping and a fun night out!

But it's soooo good

So i had my post-karaoke Whataburger meal in the wee hours of the morning, and again for lunch. Is this a problem? Whataburger twice in 12 hours...oh my

Good Eats

With a busy weekend full of birthday parties and dinners, hanging on the boat dock, remodeling (then cleaning) the kitchen and bathrooms, it was a treat to have a leisurely brunch with friends on Saturday morning at Opal Divines. A unique Austin eatery, next time we'll bring Rosco and sit on the outdoor deck with the other folks and dogs.
